MOLD MANUFACTURE

Setting the manufacture schedule to client

Apply PFMEA to the manufacture process 

Provide the actual manufacture status to client.

Confirm with the manufacture detail based on the design drawing.

Check the manufactured steel data according to the drawing

Check critical dimension mold data before mold trial

MOLD QUALIFY

Confirm the material property

Confirm the molding machine status

Apply scientific molding to set the robust molding parameter.

Validate the molding parameter repeatable by T1, T2……mass production

Make the pilot to simulate the production the client require 

MOLD SHIPMENT

Disassembly the whole mold

Check and clear each mold component

Check the mold standard according to mold checklist

Re-assembly and pack the mold 

Arrange the mold shipment
